help choose between two offers

Hi everyone,

I am posting this on behalf of a friend. She is a BSc data science student from Hyderabad. Recently, she got offers from Cognizant and cloud4c. I will specify the offer details below:

Cognizant:- Role: Analyst Trainee CTC: 2, 80,000/- Bond: No bond Location: yet to know

Cloud4c:- Role: Associate engineer CTC: 3,00,000/- 2 months training with 10k stipend and 6months probation period. Location: Hyderabad Bond: 2 years

She is confused about which one to join. I feel cloud4c is nice as they provide development role but not sure about the work culture there. Cognizant i think is more stable and secure atleast for initial 1-2 years.
