Help!! Anyone in the project but not reporting to the office? Any consequences?

I just want to know if anyone is doing good work in a project and the manager is fine if he is not reporting to office or even tapping then will there be any issue. Any termination or stop pay from HR?

1.If the project has an ODC?? And if people are working then it will be a problem for you any Time

  1. If you guys do not have ODC please raise exceptional approval and get it approved by the manager as well as HR
  2. Most importantly Don't trust anyone in your team,the end of the day ( all are your colleagues) only.

What counts as an ODC? In my location we do not have a special odc for my specific client, we have a shared odc where we have some number of seats allocated for the project.

My base location is Hyatt and my ODC is allocated in banglore and I'm not going to office and not receiving any emails to work from Office
