4 YOE, Tier 1, Current TC : 30; A friend of mine was looking out for new roles due to issues at current org. Has converted two offers. Wants to grow in PM career so hesitant to switch domains to avoid being too generalist (already moved two domains). Also, slightly skeptical of jumping on offer 2 as it might make her TC an outlier in current market basis her experience.
