Help a friend

One of my friend has decided to switch career to marketing from medical. She skilled herself well in marketing , and understands the new age marketing methods well. She as experience of managing & promoting hospital & clinical. She is a doctor but have been trying to shift towards marketing. Due to her medical background, she is finding is difficult to get marketing roles.

I can vouch for her skillset. Anyone where with any beginner level or even internship marketing roles ?
