Accenture, in my opinion, has a rather lackluster approach to career grooming. The programs they offer are more of a box-ticking exercise than a genuine effort to foster personal growth. We, on the other hand, should be investing in programs like Coursera or LinkedIn Learning, which provide a plethora of courses tailored to individual needs and aspirations.
