Help 😭😭😭

Okay I don't know what people might say but i joined TCS 3 years back, took up a support project and had been preparing for government exams alongside work.

Now my project has ended and here I am with no real skills nor luck with the government exams I took.

I am in bench right now and utterly confused as for what i should do 😞, any suggestions???

Plan for upskilling and move out to another role in same company and gain the confidence before u move to another company

And what do I do about the project calls? I sure don't want to end up in another support role 😐

Dont beat up yourself.. Nowadays Cracking government exams is not that easy that too with a full time private job...Which Government Exams you were preparing??? 🤔🤔
