Trending @Accenture; HELP - How does hard locking works in accenture?
I am very new to corporate culture to start with. I completed my training few months back and now i am getting hard locked to random project codes every month. And also whenever i try to contact any poc, pa, du lead, pm they just simply ignore me. Also i am charging UNASSIGNED charge code from 2-3 months because they wouldn’t reply.
Some another pa told me to put it under UNASSIGNED obviously till they reply.
Even currently i am in some talent pool. How would i know if i actually got hardlocked to some real project.

Projects pick up profiles from the talent pool. Someone from the project do screening through a short tech round. If they feel you are a match for their project then they soft lock you. And if you clear the client interview then they hard lock you. Hard lock simply means you have been assigned to a project and other projects will skip your profile after that.
