Trending @Infosys; Helloverify LOA Doubt
What is this helloverify letter of authorization background check from infosys. Not understanding it as it it showing letter of authorization from prev organization, which was not mentioned earlier to me by HR for submission. Even I don't have that document with me from previous organization. Can anyone please help me regarding this?
Helloverify is used for background checks. The Letter of Authorization (LOA) allows them to verify your past employment. If HR didn't mention it, contact them or your previous employer for help.
I contacted with them, they just send me an infosys LOA and asked me to fill it up and upload it on a link shared by the HelloVerify
It means you are authorising the vendor to check with your previous companies and your education institutions to check your genuinity of credentials . Recently 3-4 folks were fired because of wrong misrepresentation in their resumes
