Hello TCS'ers! I need a suggestion
I'm from Bangalore location, I recently got released from a project & now reporting to RMG. They are forcing us to come all 5 days just to give empId & leave office. For doing this thing I need to travel 130kms daily from my hometown. Because, being in bench staying in PG is not fair so currently I'm travelling.
Instead, I can utilize this time to upskill my self & prepare for an interview calls.
Now, the main thing is from the next month our holy month Ramzan is going to start & I will be in a fasting for an entire month, What I need is I want to report RMG Once or twice a week & the rest days I want to report nearby office. Can I get exception from RMG? OR else , suggest me any idea guys!!! 🙂
(P.s: I'm looking for a project if anyone is there to help check my bio & connect with me please🙏)
As per TCS policy , you need to report all 5 days either you are on bench or project.But until MARCH try to report nearby office and see whether you are monitored or not.After March , You should report to base branch compulsory or else they will deduct some amount like city allowance.It happened !
