hello tcs ,
I got selected in H1 lottery but in my project no position for US location, will TCS consider for other project onshore opportunity and will they release me from current project ?

They may release but not immediately.
First they need to file petition. Then petition getting approved. They you need to get it in your location.
Then ds160,
Then getting an appt slot for the interview.
It will take at least 6 months.
Maybe once visa is stamped, they may consider release or they will ask you to wait until some US project comes up in future.
