Trending @Infosys; Hello, I joined as a senior associate consultant in infosys on July 17th 2025.still not aligned to any project .

I have total 4+ years experience and 6 months experience in sniwflake.in interview they told they need more hands on persons related to snowflake .still I m on bench. I have 6 months probation. My question is it a problem to be on the bench ?

Depends on how long. Upto 6 months no body will bother. But after that you will start getting highlighted. If the unit you join is not able to place you and yiu move to central bench that’s when trouble might start
