Hello Hybrid work culture companies,I'm 1 yr exp fresher from TCS , if I switch , will I be considered still a fresher?

The work culture here in TCS is 9+ hours per day, 5 days a week ...for freshers weekly assignments, Getting health issues. Needed remote / hybrid mode of work.

even 1 year is not considered as exp.. mini it should be 1.5 to 2 years

Got it! And the experience should be specific to the project only right? Bench and training periods aren't considered...

There are no jobs. My cousin is searching for a job in Kafka and Python for the last 6 months with no luck. He has 2.5 years of experience

Yes switch asap, try to move to pbc or startups, work will be more or same but learning and pay will be more.

No, your one year experience will be counted, just you should be able to explain what you did
