Let's wait until April 30...we will come to know whether we are getting or not.... It's easy to say but we all keep checking mail in the hope of that one compensation mail... My senior suggested me to wait till the last... In April salary it will be reflected if we get anything....
I mean in compansation section if nothing reflects it might come finally ?

Its over. If you want to confirm, please call the CG Customer care number. Don't ask your senior. Mostly they don't know
If you have received the mail it means you have received the appraisal. Go to the success factor- my profile- there is a drop down near the compensation select compensation statement there you can find the letter
I checked actually.. as now I can see variable pay related attachments only .. any idea how long it takes to reflect ??
For appraisal the mail subject is" personal compensation statement generation notification "
Same here. It means either you have been getting rating 3 for last 3 yrs or your salary is the highest in the slab.
I just joined in 2024 April .
