Hello guys, can you please clarify the doubt regarding medibuddy?

Hello guys, I’m trying to order medicine from MediBuddy, but it says, “You cannot utilize the wallet for this order as per corporate policy.” Do we need a doctor’s prescription to order medicine?

With medibuddy wallet balance you can only buy medicines with a valid doctor prescription,you cannot buy the other products under the pharmacy category with the wallet balance. You can also utilise this balance for hospital domicilary claims. Please go through HIS policy docs to uderstand more.

Some medicines allow Cashless from wallet, some only allow online payment. If you have a prescription, it's better to order from any Pharmacy app in good discounts (medibuddy discount is bad) and then get it reimbursed through HIS portal.
