Considering this is your first time in the country, few pointers

1. It will be raining then Most hotels provide 'free' umbrellas, do ask for them. It is monetarily free, given that you bring it back.

2. If you don't eat pork, please specify to them. For them non veg = pork

3. English is not a language for them, but people are super nice so they wait till you translate using Google.
