Same here. I joined last year august in TCS with C3A and they tagged as a Technical Lead role and I am doing a project manager role as well. 11 folks are reporting to me.

Role and designation it’s different even i was in c3A and played manager role 14 folks are reported to me

Role tagging should not matter. You can ask your manager and get it changed. They should not have any issues.
