Hello friends I want to resign but don't have any offers. What to do?

Everyone is resigning and securing good packages my teammate secured 30LPA at 7 YOE. My interviews are not getting scheduled many consultancies have contacted but no result

They're asking for 5 YOE
Most of them need immediate joiner

If I resign and don't get any offers I can take my resign back but someone told me if go back on my resign. I can not resign again till 6 month and then 3 months of notice. Is it correct? Should I resign or not?

Don't resign without an offer. The market's tough, and the 90-day notice period is a hurdle. Retracting resignation isn't guaranteed. Stay put until you secure something solid.

I'm saying serving notice period and 2 months left, considering I'll tell exact NP in HR round. if I didn't tell truth and ask to extend DOJ they might agree or not?
