Hello Friends, I want to get some ideas about the Notice Period for some companies

It will be great for the GV candidates applying for new jobs if they are aware of the NP for the company they join beforehand and be mentally prepared. Because I have seen employees get into a problem due to long notice period while switching to other companies/jobs. Because the next companies do not prefer a candidate with long NP mainly 45 and 60 days.

PS- the new company will never tell their NP but they will ask what is your NP and how soon you can join 😅
