Hello Friends, I know many of you are in the group already left TCS.. However many of you are there..

I left TCS a few weeks back (Resigned just before Band Release) served the notice period and joined a product based company...

Believe me, most of us really waste our valuable time if we really need to remain in the job sector..

Reason 1 : If you have good management skill along with passion to grow..join any Big4 (you will get salary hike, professional enhancement together) Reason 2 : If you are a true techie, please please stop wasting your time..get outside you will learn many more things... initially it will be difficult.. you may face many challenges...but believe in God, keep faith.. everything will be going good.

There are plenty of openings in the market to adopt many mid level positions.. help each other... something good will surely happen..

Most importantly to all those managers and big shots.. if you can't help can't do good for someone..please don't shatter anyone's life for your lust and ego of power & position.

I have seen many juniors are helping their ex bosses to get a job and vice versa who ever is not adopted TCS bad culture in their veins.

Help each other during difficult times..." Better days are coming"..
