Hello FAANG engineers, what do you usually look in your next Non-FAANG role?

It might be wierd for some college students to think how could someone quite their dreamy FAANG job.

Well, this is the reality, many FAANG quit their dreamy job to pursue something better. Yes, apparantly there are better roles and opportunities than FAANG

But, I am genuinely interested to know from yoy FAANG engineers, what are the criteras you have set for your next role? Do you prefer startups? Do you even consider any Service based MNCs?
