I have joined here as an associate consultant role react developer 2+ yoe. Currently I have 4.6 years of total experience. Still they didn't provide me with a promotion. Can anyone help me how I can achieve promotion AC to consultant who is the point of contact for this I got first year 1 rating and 2 nd year succeeding.
