These individuals cheated during coding assessments and interviews, as they lack the basic coding skills to solve problems independently. This undermines the integrity of our hiring and evaluation processes.Please advise on the next steps, including whom I should contact directly to discuss this further and provide supporting evidence.Thank you for your prompt attention.

Well .. first question , are you also part of GenC training program? If yes, I would recommend not to get into it. It won't do any good to you. Will attract attention , and HR mostly will give warning..
And if you are still insisted on taking action , contact your immediate HR of training program or their POC. That would be enough.
