Just want to ask what will the criteria of PIP in Infosys I have just joined 2 month back one my friend is put on PIP while he was in bench for 15 days only . I have just joined 2 month back my whole career will be in danger if they put people easily in PIP .

Its very simple. You have few months while you are in probation with one month notice. You can easily try and find alternate job. Why do you want to stick to a company which can put you in PIP after one year or so. Ideally no body would want to stick to such company which can brutally put people in PIP and shunt them out.
Actually I am not in PIP my friend is in PIP so I want to understand what are the possibility to get PIP
Possibilities are high if you dnt gel with your manager or on bench for long time. Infy can even shunt you out in probation period also with only one month pay if u r unlucky.
Yes they put u pip anytime. And they can give u NI rating too
