I got NI rating, HR gave me 2 options
- Opt out
- Take PIP -- 60 days
I choosed 1st option but in spite they were no such calls on my domain. So, I thoughted to withdraw my resignation.
Now,They are going to assign me PIP for 60 days
In case if we didn't clear the PIP do we get all the documents without any bad on the docs.
Your responses would be helpful.
It depends on the task they provide in PIP and warn you if you are not able to complete those task then they will terminate you and give termination letter stating that you are terminated cause of poor performance. I would like to know your case, what is your designation currently? And are you on bench?
My Designation is Associate Consultant JL4
If they terminated us can we go & Join other companies no issues with other companies right ?
Are they paying us 3 months notice pay with immediate release?
