Trending @HCL; Hello, could you please tell me what the bench policy is 2 or 3 months? Can't find out in the HCL portal?

Now a days there's no bench period i think. HR will directly ask resignation if you are in bench, within 3 months if you get the project you stay in company otherwise we need to leave the company

It is 3 months , but if you are bench , HR can help you reduce to a week also
