Trending @Infosys; Hello All, Sudden implementation of WFO,no Salary change or Hike or nothing, Managers,TL's are Saying Please start like before covid uffff
<Feel free to add any relevant details or context to help others answer!>

Everything has been changed now days post covid. People chages their life and adapted accordingly. Many people are married and cant go to office now seperatly. Company should adjust in some cases

Funny thing is they see us post our concerns in these forums. 90% of us are here. Yet still the top few makes decisions and it's their way or highway. Infosys did get ethical sth sth. I have no idea how when the company pays how they used to disregarding market conditions.
We are not so naive that we think they do everything for our benefit. We understand it's a business and when market us bad, business is bad and as such they can't pay us more to tally out the market.
What they could do is make our lives easier. A decent firm would think "ok, so we can't pay them more in this tough market. It's rough for everyone. Let's cut em some slack and provide WFH so that they don't have to pay extra unnecessary expenses". But nope, they won't think that

They have no empathy, they get highs seeing us lowlifes suffer.

Managers must be adding their own rules to show off before the leadership, so that they can say “made employees to work on all days from office and stuff like that “
This is not the first time for these kind of things

8-10 days wfh is fine. Our unit has been doing this since 2023.

Sudden implementation of WFO? It's always been only 10 days right??

I've seen several people getting away with wfh exceptions without any prior approvals and managers letting it slide as it auto approves. Since Mar 10 or 12 they have brought system intervention to stop the auto approval process altogether for any wfh
