You are still breathing. It's a problem when you're searching for next job as the cctc will be less than previous. Upskill massively and get best offer so that this momentary problem gets dearfed

You have to work hard rhis year to escape from PIP. Based on next year's band all these reductions will be revoked

You will be enrolled for PIP and if there is no significant improvement then you will be fired , performing well and upto the mark in PIP is the only thing which can save your job

What is percent of decrement
