Hello All, I am in pip and resigned 3 days back
I got approval from the project that they will release me from the project by Nov 30th
I have reached the HR for exit from TCS Hr asking me to mention the reason for the early release in the email.
Can I mention that I got an offer from a different organisation as a reason?

Reason is tricky, if u mention other offer it might offend these guys 50-50 chance. Idk see if you can come up with something else
If u mentioned offer u will never get early release... If u really want to mention something just write.. not feeling well need a career break to sort some personal issues.. thats it...
If your project released you on 30 nov and once you moved to bench you will be reporting to RMG person.
Inform them about resignation and immediate release they will definitely help you.
If u r from different city tell them it’s Family problem or something more emotional that they your support immediately

Mention medical reasons, one friend of mine did the same and got early release from tcs
