Y.O.E-3.7 years Current CTC - 7.74
I have given two rounds of interview L1 & L2 in the LTIMINDTREE for Senior Data Engineer position and today got a call from them that I have selected.
Can you please let me know how much I should ask as the expectation CTC?
And also please let me know when they will release the offer letters once we completed with the selection process?

Keep the CTC in the range 12-15 LPA, try to have more fixed component and avoid variable component. Ask them in this way.
