you can see my pay application feb pay slip. They mentioned associate designations and u can check my investments option and check taxes deduction and all incentive slip. They clearly mentioned.

Yes this March month actually they mentioned in the email 1st of Jan 2025 will be effective.
We can expect arrears as well Jan and feb !
Also I didn't receive any promotion mail Just the designation changed few days back
No problem. You will receive soon e letters u can check and as well as you will get arrears jan and February. It will be credited on this month's salary. If u surely promoted PA to A.

It is a designation name change. No promotion or demotion. Fancy names 😉
