Both in the appropriate proportion 😅

Personal ki mba ho rakhi hai…work life me paisa nahi hai…important is paisaaaaaasa

A good personal life is directly proportional or I would prefer to say "depends" on a good work life if your primary source of survival is work and not sitting on generational wealth.

A good workplace which provides good compensation, no problem for leaves, growth opportunities and fixed day shift can help you maintain a routine for your personal life. Talking from my personal experience, hence probably move out from the support role soon.

What about a good life only?
