Hello I am shadow resource in Capgemini and now the scene is that they are not providing any work to me and I am idle all day . I am working on my skill by myself but I have very less practical knowledge of how the project works . I have decided to search for new job as Capgemini scene is scary af . Can you guys please provide me some tips and tricks for this . Without any project knowledge how can I get into a new company .

Companies already left these things behind
Learn new things which has projects
Like - plsql , Kafka , kubernetes , Sap , docker , Unix shell , Oracle db , mongo db
