Heath insurance premium

Can I remove my health insurance premium plan now? They are deducting $1499 every month. Please help me understand how to cancel this plan.

So it will be around 1500 premium(onetime). It is mandatory for everyone.you can’t cancel.

You can only upgrade/downgrade only once in a year and that to during the defined window. Usually it is in April.
