Hearing some news about RTO here in which half of which are fake and half of which are true such as...
Maintaining 5-7 or 7-9 hrs slab in office is true We should WFO if in our base branch the project odc is there or else we have to go to the project required location however if you have the WFO exception so that's the different thing because regarding this there is no such update I heard that if you have approved exceptions also you have to go and swipe so this is the real update and it's upto you all wheather to believe or not but the thing which I heard in the leadership townhall and giving the information.
So it's a request please don't spread fake news....
Things are happening only where the client is very old and they want some headcount optimization..if the project is ramping up no one will say anything
And also i saw someone posting they are forcefully asking to report only to depute location, is it true ?
No nothing will happen like that
