From Jan to March also there will be tidal wave of layoff I think after that from 2026 onwards, there will be tsunami of layoff after that tornado of layoff and then from 2027 onwards tcs offices will be used for cremation purposes.

Why they are taking time to publish the list? This should be their first priority in each quarter.they should build a separate isu for list creation.

Nowadays, RMG/HR are sending a list of employees with the last C grade to the SDM, asking which of them can be released if they are not in critical roles. If they are in critical roles, they are being monitored on a monthly basis to decide whether they can be released later. If the SDM is not ready to release them, the follow-up will continue every month until March 26.
