Trending @Accenture; Heard some bad news from my Manager.

Apparently, there might be strong actions to reduce headcount coming soon.

Heard from my skip-level manager today that there are too many people on bench.

Hiring has already been slowed and it seems that it has not been effective. Accenture has a bench problem and the leadership is under pressure to improve utilisation.

Does anyone know anything about this? Any thoughts?
