Heard from IT union that rmgs are getting beaten up by some associates in Kolkata gitanjali park.Police is arriving from new town station.
Such a wrong thing to do , people should under we all are employees and policy are not made by us (RMG / HR ) . They shouldn't be the people to get your anger out. Imagine if your family member is that person and just obeying managers orders.

Hr and rmg need to work under written policy or guidline, if some one not doing it and taking direct voice order , afrid about voice recording, his or her name is bootlicker, I don't know how their parents being proud, who spend this people with their hard earned money
Other locations should take inspiration and thrash rmg and hr both.
Yes this is true,two experience associate selected in a project but rmg didn't release those associate from bench saying some absurd reason. After fulll of argument in odc one of associate slapped him.

I think this rmg beating movement should spread throughout the other branches of tcs.employees have nothing to lose now.power should be given back to the employees.not to the stooges of corporate bosses.
They are local goons in disguise... if they are thrown out of tcs, they will be excellent social goons. I would hire them to tame the existing HRs and RMGs.

ohh no, this is really bad. I condemn this incident of beating up rmg folks. why they didn't call us too, we all would have contributed into that beating retreat ceremony.
