Trending @Cognizant; Heard cognizant is giving 1% hike this time? Is it true?

That is an absolute joke. 1% hike is an insult. cognizant is exploiting its employees. they should be giving at least 10% hike in these inflationary times.

Cognizant gave 1% hike last year. Not sure about this year. They might give better hike than last year otherwise they will see a good attrition.
