Heard associates getting released if on wfo defaulters list. Also rumour of associates getting legal notice for payment if they are wfo deft

I believe it's not true. sending a legal notice for wfo defaulters is hard to believe.

Let company do that.. its kind of digging your own grave.. already smaller companies are taking lots of Business where specialized skills are required.. this org has become old and will die painful death .. it's part of nature ..worst part of any organisation is when associates leave you with hearted .. joining other org as customer and taking revenge.. system is broken already so plan and leave if possible

TCS has become more like a political playground. I don't understand what TCS is trying to achieve by exploiting and harassing employees

Yes it is absolutely true. I am a Project Manager and we had a meeting last week to discuss the WFO defaulters. We have shared the names with the HR team who will then share them with Legal.

It is very important now to follow WFO. I have informed my team about this but they dont seem to understand the consequences.

Ok so on what basis legal notice is being sent? Is doing work from home illegal? What is the amount being asked in legal notice? Stop all this nonsense talks. If someone has received notice then share the notice here.

Associates will only be released if n only if no contract to continue and no open position or upcoming project for the skill set u hv... Leagal notice for payment may not be true

If it's true it was bound to happen . And it will be only for those who are 100 percent defaulter and even after multiple warnings not reporting to office .

Which means they are not following contract.
