Heard Accenture not so employee frndly ? Should I join level 8 ( sap). What to expect from this role
Accenture

This probably also depends on your life stage and honestly, it varies from experiences. Do you really need to trust everything including the comment here? That's a conscious choice and how you come to view it. Here are some straight insights: Accenture isn't some dreamland where managers throw rose petals when you log in. It’s corporate so the regular deadlines, client pressure and “did you update that ticket yet?” is sure to come in. To understand if it's employee friendly or not depends fairly on your mindset too. The main external factor tho are good managers both on and off-shore. This will be the key factor to help you learn fast.
Level 8 (SAP) means you’re not in kiddie pool anymore. This is a great question to ask during your interview too. You’re expected to own stuff like client calls, configs and even leading modules depending on your experience. Think of it like mid-card in WWE: you’re not the main event yet, but people expect you to put on a solid fight every single time.
Workload swings would be normal here: some weeks chill, some weeks you’ll question all your life choices. Growth is here to stay: if you play it smart, SAP skills = money printer long term. Negotiate on the stronger side when you get in too. Politics may happen too it’s consulting, so yeah, sometimes survival is about knowing the game, not just code. Exit doors if opened will do good for the right paths. Accenture name on CV + SAP = recruiters slide into your inbox real quick.
If you’re hungry, disciplined and see this as a stepping stone, jump in. If you’re looking for cozy hours and hand-holding, Accenture can still be a place but not your Level 8 place to thrive. Pick wisely and level up your game with focused mindset.

Well thanks that clears a lot of doubt, the reason I asked this question , I gave an interview for level 9 but the interviewer proposed my profile for level 8 after the 3rd round.
I might be good in ams related projects but never worked as manager nor as TL , currently just handling the team as there are no seniors left .
