If I am billable in an account , and I leave this account by giving notice period today. Which is 3 month right ? So i will be recieve salary for 3 month ?? Unlike i got released from account and after 45 days lop starts. ? I hope i am clear. :)
Thats fked , even if i got released by asking manager . Then i have 45 days to hunt for new billable account on ijp.
Before that I cant even apply on ijp as it says you are in certain project already.
We can't leave billed account by just giving notice Managerhas to approve. You may leave company by following the resignation process and serving 90 days notice.
Now let's assume you got released from your billable project then you will be considered on free pool i.e. bench. 45 days LOP counter starts then.
