Yes, you wil have to submit docs , will be validated by tcs appointed doctors and approved by hr.

Only authentic documents will be considered. One of my colleagues wife met with an accident and they gave wfh. Others didn't have sufficient proofs from authentic doctors/clinics/hospitals so they didn't get wfh.
