Hi everyone, I noticed that my health policy became inactive after my last working day. However, according to my salary breakdown, I have paid for the entire year, and the card is valid until December 2024. Unfortunately, I'm unable to utilize any services. Can anyone advise on how to reactivate the policy and whom I should contact for resolution? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
