Trending @Capgemini; Health issue Can I get early relievement

I am back from maternity leave in the month of jan 2024 since then I was on bench and followed all bench rules. In month of august I got into project which is completely irrelevant to my previous experience and I am no able to balance my child care and professional life and also I got health issues. I guess I need a break until kid starts going to school.Can I get early relievement form Cg because a lot of women health issues are there for me.What are the possibllites.
