Feeling lower back ache and irritation in eyes, It's the most common problems I think for IT employees. Everything can be achieve if health is good. Ultimately health is wealth in true sence. How you think on it ?

We are poor employees. So can't afford to take rest. We have to continue working even if it hurts.
