Health Insurance Settlement and Coverage After Resignation

If I resign from TCS now, I wanted to clarify something regarding my health insurance. This year, I opted for the Gold plan and added both my parents. In such a case, will I have to pay any settlement amount for the health insurance? If yes, will the coverage continue for the full year after payment, or will it end immediately with my exit from TCS?
