Health Insurance Policy not activated

Hello everyone,

I have going mad since last 2 days. I am an employee of TCS and my health insurance policy is not activated also my medibuddy corporate balnce is 0 even though i haven't used any

I have been constantly writing mails and calling medi assist customer support but they are not resolving this

Today i received a strange mail frol tcs mediassist team that employees who have resigned will not get benefits

I don't know what's happening, Could someone please guide
