Health insurance pay cut

Why they are deducting health insurance from my salary? I have not upgraded it and in portal also it is showing default one. Any idea??

Your HIS plan is linked to your grade. The higher the grade the more is the premium.

Yes it is included in TCS but they will deduct floater payment for the policy from salary. Check HIS for better understanding
