Health insurance for a non-Indian citizen in India

Hey everyone!

I'm helping a friend from Nepal find a good health insurance policy. She's been living in India for the past seven years, but I’ve heard that some insurance claims get rejected due to nationality.

Does anyone know of insurance providers that offer coverage to non-Indian citizens residing in India? Would really appreciate any recommendations or insights!
