Health Insurance deduction in FNF settlement
I have been in TCS for 3 years and june was my last working month. It was a good experience up till now working in such a big organization. But when I got the Full and Final settlement of my account they deducted the insurance premium for the whole year. As I have enrolled for Parental Insurance and in the month of June only they have deducted the whole year premium which is around 30000rs. So will my policy validate the whole year or the policy will end as I have left the organisation. If it is ended should I check with the HR why they have deducted the premium amount for the whole year.

Connect with HR and they will provide you details of external connect of the same insurance provider who can let you utilise the same policy against already paid premium.

No it won’t be possible..
You should have un enrolled the parents if you had completed 3 years as enrollment. Either you could have taken the policy details and ask the insurance provider to continue it but they will take or give another premium amount which will be usually higher than what in tcs you were paying.
No leaving tcs was not fix so didn't unenrolled
